Care + Culture Manager

What you’ll do

Coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to drive leads, including tracking to budget and reporting results.

Manage ongoing website updates, ensuring that the site is optimized and utilizing creative resources as necessary.

Oversee social media efforts, including establishing an editorial calendar and utilizing creative resources to create blog posts, infographics, videos, podcasts and more.

Lead our employee communications program and support our employee engagement plan to build culture at Jute Creative across virtual communities and offices.

Support vetting, hiring and onboarding efforts for new hires and contractors.

Create processes and systems where none are in place.

Conduct research to inspire a client, inform a project, win a pitch, bolster a blog post or fuel that next great idea.

Adept and nimble with a variety of digital tools

Can collaborate successfully in person and virtually

Deep understanding of and passion for equity, diversity and inclusion

Solid marketing experience, understanding of SEO and SEM best practices, experience with social media

What you’ll do

Know all project deadlines and communicate with creative leads in both traditional and digital spaces

Propose team resources and coordinate timelines, schedules and resource allocation

Drive teams toward fast-paced deadlines

Ensure that all work is reviewed by key stakeholders, proofed and fit to spec

Be responsible for the gathering and storing of client assets as well as gathering all contractor assets upon project completion

Establish clear estimates and timelines for content development and production with creative leaders

Rally your team to help others succeed and dip your toe in occasionally to support creative bandwidth

Immerse yourself in multiple brand guidelines to ensure the work is consistent throughout the lifecycle of creative production

What we’re looking for

5+ years of relevant industry experience

3+ years of creative production experience

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong attention-to-detail

The ability to create estimates, build timelines, meet deadlines

The ability to flex creative skills, if or when the need arises

Familiarity with a breadth of creative and production management tools for file builds and asset management: Google, Microsoft Office, Adobe
